To-Mr. Sanjay Maheshwari, Pranav yoga Ayurveda healthcare,I was suffering from sinusitis and every morning was very blue with all flem and cough and sneezes and fevers. Mr.Sanjay provided me with an Ayurveda treatment of "VAMAN" a cleansing to get rid of all the cold, in his clinic itself. Consequently I feel fit, fine and healthy and of course mornings are different from before.

I am satisfied by Ayurveda in first time experience. Good result in vasomotor rhinitis (Respiratory disease) than allopathic treatment. मेरे को स्किन की बहुत समस्या रहती थी अंग्रेजी उपचार से मर्ज ठीक होता पर थोडे़ ही दिनो में वापस वही परेशानी हो जाती थी,मैने यहॉ प्रणव पर वैद्य जी से पंचकर्म उपचार करवाया जिसमें विरेचन व जलौका/जौंक द्वारा रक्तमोक्षण आदि क्रियाएॅ करवाई इससे अब मेरा रोग लगभग समाप्त होने आया है । मैं व हमारा परिवार वैद्य जी से हमारे पारिवारिक चिकित्सक की तरह सेवाएॅ लेते हैं साथ ही हमारे यहॉ पर सारे आयुर्वेद के उत्पाद वैद्य जी से निर्मित ही उपयोग में लाते हैं।

दि.10 फरवरी 2013 को मेरी कमर के निचले हिस्से में असहनीय दर्द चालु हो गया था डॉक्टर की सलाह पर MRI करवाई उसमें L-4& L-5 disc मेरूदण्ड से अपनी जगह से खिसक गयी थी जिससे मुझे भयंकर दर्द होने लगा व मेरी कमर दाहिनी और झुक गयी थी मैने डॉ संजय माहेश्वरी से आयुर्वेदिक उपचार लिया जिसमें कटि बस्ति पद्धति से उपचार किया ,उसमें काम आने वाला आयुर्वेदिक तैल भी डॉ. साब ने स्वयं तैयार किया। उनके निर्देशानुसार सुबह-शाम खाली पेट ताजा जड़ी-बुटियो का काढा बना कर पिया व आयुर्वेदिक औषधिया ली जिससे मैं करीब 8 दिन में एकदम स्वस्थ हो गया व मेरा दैनिक कार्य मैं सुगमतापूर्वक करने लग गया। वापस मुझे गलत तरीके से उठने की वजह से दि.23.04.14 को वापस slip disc हो गया ,वापस उपरोक्तानुसार उपचार द्वारा मैं 10 दिन में पूर्ण स्वस्थ हो गया व अपने सभी तरह के कार्य व स्कुटर चलाना सुगम हो गया। आपके बताएॅ योगासन व व्यायाम मै नियमित रूप से करता हूॅ जिससे मैं कमर में लचीलापन व मजबुती महसुस करता हुॅ।

I came for 8 days to this hospital for gynecological problems. I tried the basti karma for 8 days with ayurvedic massages. I feel rejuvenated and relaxed! The hospital is very hygienic, the quality of their products is good and the staff is very professional, skillful and will make you feel confortable, the full body oil massage is particularly good. Great place to try natural healing therapy and massages. I also tried the yoga , the class is hatha yoga including breathing exercise and meditation. Sanjay is a good teacher, he also explain the role of each posture. You can come for a consultation and receive ayurvedic treatments prescribed by Dr Sanjay.

Had a WOW experience with leech therapy given by Dr Sanjay at pranav. I came here with an abscess on leg on with pus was. I feel it is a painless process to drain the pus as compared to the process of insection performed in allopathy. The abscess/wound healed painless without allopathic antibiotics and painkillers. Ayurveda worked unbelievable fast. I highly recommend pranav for all ayurveda seekers.
