Vaidya (Dr.)Sanjay Maheshwari, is an Ayurvedic Doctor holds BAMS degree, a Bachelors degree 4 and 1/2 year academic and 1 year clinical internship in Ayurveda Medicine and Surgery from Doctor Sarvapalli Radhakrishna Rajasthan Ayurveda University, with Post Graduate Diploma in Yoga Education from Mohan Lal Sukhadiya University Udaipur, and Diploma in Nutrition and Health Education from IGNOU Delhi. Vaidya Sanjay is a Level-2 registered international yoga teacher and QCI examiner also under the Quality Council of India, Ministry of AYUSH, Government of India.
He has been practicing in the field of Ayurveda since 2009.He is an Ayurvedic physician very much familiar with the management of wellness, chronic and complicated diseases using Ayurveda,Yoga and Panchkarma.
Vaidya Sanjay is a qualified instructor of both Hatha and Ashtanga traditions. For the past 12 years, he has traveled to various parts of the India to share his passion for teaching yoga and spirituality to a vast number of people from different walks of life. Vd.Sanjay teaches Hatha yoga, asanas, pranayama, Nidra yoga, kriyas, meditation, and different stress management and relaxation techniques. He also specializes in therapeutic yoga, professional yoga, corporate yoga and believes to lead a student on yogic pathway from a beginner to self discoverer.
He also arranges lectures in Ashtanga Ayurveda for International Students regularly , he delivers his lectures and classes on massages,detox, meditation, mantra chanting, Nidra yoga, and philosophical texts such as Bhagavad-gita and Patanjali Yoga-sutras. According to Vaidya Sanjay, 'finding happiness and peace within oneself is the greatest achievement in life' He has been part of organising team of many international and national workshops, seminars and conferences in field of yoga and Ayurveda. He is the State president of National Ayurveda students and Youth Association; this is a multistate national organisation of Ayurveda in India having more than 12 world records including Guinness book of world records and International book of records. He has been invited to participate in many international and national workshops.
In the true spirit of Ayurveda, he is also a Professional Practitioner involved in many social & spiritual activities. He has conducted many free health check up and awareness camps with social organizations, NGOs, schools, colleges, hospitals, corporate offices, and hotels.

Deepika Maheshwari

She is basically bachelors in Education. She was born in the spiritual family in a small town namely Kapasan, in Chittorgarh district, Rajasthan. A traditional Indian family lady expert in Ayurveda cooking and Medicines preparation. She sees yoga and Ayurveda a way of inspiring lives and a meaning of discovering one’s self. Deepika correlates science with ancient wisdom to create and inspire applied spirituality and transformation in everyday lives.
She is master in management and using her knowledge to facilitate guests at Pranav very professionally. She is handling many roles and activities at Pranav. Her specialty lies in the co-ordination of the Ayurvedic Diet and Nutrition Department. She has a keen interest in Ayurvedic treatments and loves to help the guests during the treatments. She has very good public relationships and specialy loves to help women power of world to overcome their physical and mental problems along with treatment prescribed at Pranav. She has got district level appreciation certificate from department of Ayurveda, Government of Rajasthan. She keeps looking for new opportunities to enhance her knowledge.
